The person in charge of the Scanbuilt team is Michael. He has been involved in construction his whole working life, of 25 years. While completing his carpentry apprenticeship Michael studied a Diploma of Building, at R.M.I.T. receiving many distinction and high distinction grades. He has continued to refresh his knowledge recently studying at The Master Builders Association and also recently studying the building of super efficient “Passive Homes”. More information about passive homes can be found under the section “Sustainable Homes”.
For most of Michael’s working life he has been in the high end residential home sector. During that time, he has had a great deal of experience in Victorian and Edwardian style homes. He has also had a lot experience with modern architecturally designed new homes, renovations and extensions.
